Myrna Kresh is a visual artist's manager, consultant, producer, representing select international talents to creatives globally.
Having worked with photographers including Richard Avedon, Bruce Weber, Helmut Newton, Sebastiao Salgado, Eric Meola, Jay Maisel, Myrna produced and wrote The International Center of Photography's Award Program, The Infinity Awards, for 14 years, and works with Canon USA, Kodak, Apple to develop projects for visual artists.
As the Executive Director of the Advertising Photographers of New York, Myrna energized the organization by creating fundraising opportunities for sponsors and members alike and came to fully appreciate the new paradigm between artists and their creative clients. Her launch for Apple Center in New York combined the aspirations of photographers and corporation alike.
In July 2009 Myrna established MyrnaK in a brownstone in the heart of the art scene in Brooklyn, New York, to create visual assignments, including installations, exhibitions, for the world's most creative advertising, corporate, editorial, and gallery clients.
Myrna lives with her husband, J. Yasha Kresh, Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Research Director, and Professor of Medicine, in the picturesque Village of Yardley, Pennsylvania, with their beyond words beautiful dog, Porche.
